On 2007, Google announced its purpose on creating an open standard for mobile device. Then, in 2008, Google released the first mobile platform devices. This platform is also called Android. This new technology can bring easiness in bringing Google technology into the mobile phone. Google also launches the entire source code under the license of Apache. The latest update is that Google use Android to bring outdoor look on the mobile phone. This Google Android GPS tracking system can be useful for many bikers, runners and other people do their outdoor activities.
This new technology is called My Track and can help runner to monitor their improvements. This program can show their repeated running track and show the progress that they have made, such as on their running speed. This new software shows that Google has start their expansion to the mobile phone technology. It certainly can bring a lot of easiness for us to keep using Google.
